I have a little project to make some sliding cabinet doors, but I didn't think things through quite as well as I thought. We bought some 1" aluminum channel that will be housing a very thin sliding panel (3/4" panel, 1" interior channel), but I need to screw through the side walls and not directly above / below. Holes have been drilled, but I need to counter-sink the screws a bit as the screw heads protrude a bit too far into the channel. Now the problem, how can I do this without drilling an opposite larger hole and running a counter-sink bit through that to drill the interior one out larger. The front fascia having a bunch of holes in it is pretty much a no-go aesthetically. Being a 1" channel, there isn't clearance for bits, let alone 90° adapters. I don't mind some elbow grease, but just not sure how to even start.Any ideas? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2vOpd8E
