Polymet Mining is at the end of a 10 year negotiation with the MN DNR. Legislation has been proposed by (D) Representative Ryan, which by law must be voted upon by the end of the session. With the economy at all time highs, the stock at all time lows, legislation on the horizon, and potential trade conflicts with China over DPRK (which could affect Copper and Nickel prices) is driving my decision to increase my position.
