Hey guys, I'm studying primary school teaching and finish in November so am starting to apply for jobs for 2018 (I'm in Australia). I am a male so I'm heavily in demand and multiple schools have shown interest in me. The school I'm currently doing my final placement/practicum/rounds is definitely my favourite school I've seen and I would love to work there. Is it worth trying to negotiate wages and bargaining with each school by comparing what they are offering me? Or am I being too selfish in this and should just take a job at the best and most supportive school regardless of money?
