Throw-away for hopefully obvious reasons. I work in sales and get paid in commission and salary. Currently my commission is about 6 months behind, meaning they owe me about 20k. They have started paying me a commission check every month, but it doesn't ever lower the amount they owe me, leaving me perpetually behind in commission.
I've spoken to people at work, basically everyone but the CEO (including accounting) shrugs and says "I don't know, talk to the CEO about it." When I bring it up to him, he gives me the same "let me see what I can do/so many people owe us money right now" spiel and well personally I'm about ready to be paid what I'm owed.
Thoughts? How should I proceed?
