Hello, my boss last week offered to pay for me to go back to school and finish my degree, he said all I have to do is send him a breakdown of all the costs + books I'll need and he will cover it.
How would this normally work?
Should I ask for us to sign a contract?
Are there any tax implications for me?
Alternatively I could get a raise for the amount my school would cost over the next four years but I would rather graduate debt free as I make a decent salary already.
