Hey guys as my current car needs some repairs I am leaning to buying a new car but I am also trying to convince my self not to because having another monthly payment is a new responsibility. That being said I know the repairs are less than the down payment of a car, and being young I want a sportier car than what I have. What are the downsides of buying a new car? And would buying used be a better idea? Keep in mind I am looking for reliable transportation that won't give me too much problems.
