Is it a good idea rent out your own airbnb apartment? Just saw a guy on airbnb renting out a $1600 1br highrise apartment for $120 per night = $3600 gross per month.

I reverse image searched the pool photo he had up in his listing gallery, which led me to the apartment complex's leasing website, and saw that their 1br apartments go for around $1600. He's renting it out at $120 per night. Assuming he gets booked all 30 days per month, he makes $3600 per month from that airbnb listing. Is this a good cow to milk?
