Hello All, I am new here and to investing... I have been doing research and I have couple of question (some might be stupid)
1 - I could not find this on google, but what is the difference between Stocks & Shares ISA to a standard investing method ?? Would it be the allowance of 20k ? meaning in normal investing you would pay money where as in S&S ISA you have 20k free of tax?
2 - Which plataform do you guys recommend for Investing and which plataform do you guys recommend for S&S ISA? I was planning on going with my bank Natwest because i am familiar with them, is there a better options?
3 - I am looking to be a passive investor, I want to play the long-run game, which method of investing would you guys recomend? Shares? Funds? Corporate and government bonds? what else? my research I've seen that shares are the go-to option for passive investors...What do you guys recommend?
4 - I want to be investing the minimum of £100 into shares or whatever suited... Is that a good start? I would invest more but I am already putting £100 into my savings, and I can only afford so much with rent, food, bills and also a full time university student ( only 19 ).. Also on this question, would you guys save to buy a share or buy cheaper ones ? there are cons and prons here but what is the most logically beneficial ?
Thank you - I hope there aren't too many stupid questions.
