Currently working for a NPO making 35k salary. Got an offer from a company that saw my production last month. Based on this they offered me a job for 225k a year. Same job new state. Mo>Ks (live in Mo) What changes should I be aware of with this large of a pay increase? Taxes retirement etc.? Thank you in advance for any advice and foresight.
