I'd love to get some ideas from /r/diy for stopping bugs from entering my apartment (whose front door leads directly outside). I've caulked underneath the threshold, so i believe they're coming in between the door and the threshold. I've tried the following:Under-door draft guardsVarious insect "perimeter sprays"Mint leaves, vinegar, pretty much every "household essential fix" you can find online.Caulking underneath the door (just comes right off when I try to open it).No matter how much I've begged my landlord, I cannot install anything sturdier than a draft stopper (since, generally, these need to be screwed in, which violates my lease). Also, I have cats indoors, so nothing too toxic inside please!Honestly, anything that even stops giant spiders from getting in would be great, or something that just reduces the frequency of the visitors (right now I'm squashing bugs every hour or so).Any thoughts? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2vNtMh5
