Hi there DIY communityI'm helping a friend install some bathroom vanity lights. We managed to get her old ones off but the new ones won't cover up the gashes in the dry wall left but the old ones. What's the best way to cover up these holes and leave just the wiring exposed to connect lights.I was thinking about using a patch kit but wasn't sure if that was the best option here. Keep in mind this is an old tenement building in the East Village in NYC. Probably don't want to be doing a lot to the wall since I don't want to cause more damage...On the last image you'll see a wide-angle view of what it looks like. The other images are close-ups.Images of drywall near vanityThank you. -Kenan via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2uBwwk9
