I recently signed a new 1-year lease on a small house in the dfw area. I saw beforehand that all the window had been sealed shut but didnt make the connection that it could be very dangerous. The land lord is not the owner and they both seem very cheap. How i do tell them that the windows need to be fixed without threating or ruining a potetially good relationship.
