Have worked as a Financial Advisor for close to two years now and am feeling bogged down by constant client calls and meetings, would I be happier switching careers?

Some days I find myself daydreaming of moving to a research role; one where I sit behind a desk, compile important data, and convey it to others during meetings and presentations.

Being completely honest: I am a people person. I thought I would stay in my current position forever. But I find myself wanting a change. Is this a good idea? Will I regret my decision? Is this just a case of "the grass is always greener" or is there a chance I would be happy reading and organizing data all day?
