Good morning Frugalists!
I have an old cell number I'd like to hang onto for about a year or so, just in case someone tries to reach me on it, similar to how the USPS will forward your mail from an old address for up to a year to a new one. I'm looking for the cheapest/easiest way to have my old cell number parked and calls/texts forwarded to my new number?
I use Ting right now (service I used before switching to Google's Project-Fi) and it costs between $13-16 a month to keep the old number active. I'm looking for the $3-5 dollar range to do the same thing.
Any thoughts? Also, if you have any questions on Google's Project-Fi, please let me know. It's been fantastic, and very affordable.
Thanks all!
