I buy a lot on Amazon Prime (work involves a lot of travel) because I love 2 day shipping. Roughly 20% of my orders arrive a day late. Whenever that happens I call and say "Hey, I pay a lot of money for prime which should include 2 day shipping. This order was late, can you give me a free month of prime?" So far I'm at 9 free months, each costing me about 3 minutes on the phone.
