So when we first started dating my gf was in a decent amount of debt. Needless to say after 3 years of her finally saving she has a good chunk of change saved up in her savings. I'm curious about online banking I see they give better rates but not really sure how they work as far as getting the funds to them. She has about 20k saved up and I feel like she could do herself some good by putting in a CD or something with a better apy. Any advice or help is much appreciated!
