I'll start from the beginning and work my way to the current issue. My fiancé has been struggling with anxiety and depression most of her life. When it gets bad, it just consumes her. She got a job at Walmart a year or so ago and it wasn't too bad at first. A couple of days she would tell me she was really anxious but she would make it though the day. Then one day, as I was taking her to work, she had a full blown anxiety attack. I had to take her to the hospital as she started to become unable to breathe. After that, she couldn't go into, or even by, Walmart without getting very anxious. So she ultimately had to quit. She didn't try to get another job, mainly because I asked her not to and to wait. Well, then, about a month ago, she got a job at Kohls. She started to feel anxious during everything from interviews to orientation. Then came her first day by herself. She ended up having an anxiety attack and I had to go pick her up for it. We need the money, but I don't know what we could do at this point. Yes she is on medication for both anxiety and depression and we have talked to the doctor about it. Should we look into getting some kind of government assistance? She doesn't want to quit another job, but also doesn't want to go in and have another anxiety attack tomorrow. Any advice would be great!
tl;dr Fiancé has really bad anxiety and is having trouble keeping a job due to anxiety attacks. Not sure what the next step is.
