This is an excellent video of Mohnish Pabrai speaking at UCI about the infrequent, yet large investments that Warren Buffet and Charlie Munger placed throughout their career. These investments returned incredible profits for Berkshire and Co. and laid the groundwork for the Berkshire company of today.
Mr. Pabrai does an fantastic job of clearly illustrating how each of these investments developed and the amount of patience and fortitude required to have success to the levels which Buffet and Munger experienced.
Whether you are a budding value investor or one who has been through some ups and downs in the market, I think listening to Mohnish reinforcing the concepts of margin of safety and patience can be infinitely rewarding.
