First post here guys so apologies for whatever I miss or formatting errors.I've been off work lately and taken a bit of interest in woodworking.I've decided to create a wooden storage box that doubles as a seat using wooden crates. I currently have a plastic one that's now got a couple of cracks from kids climbing on it.Have drawn up a rough idea of what I'd like/style I've already got.quick drawingWhat I'm having a problem with is, the best way to connect the horizontal wood to the vertical ones. Pocket holes? Dowels and glue? Brackets?Tools I've currently got: Saws Hacksaws Jigsaw Sanders Hammer, nails etcI'll probably be able to borrow other tools if it helps a lot.I'd appreciate any other ideas or answers if you don't mind taking a few minutes via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2xeAJav
