I found it on TDArmeritrade, and it's called the Van Kampen 1246 Inflation Hedge. On the app it appears as though there was some sharp volatility, and to buy it it costs 0$ for $1000 buying power later, but you must "Call TDAmeritrade to make this purchase".
I'm just not understanding how something like this works.
