Hi all, I'll happily admit I'm a DIY noob so apologies for the cluelessness of any of my posts!I'm looking to make a budget vinyl record cabinet using this storage cube set that's made out of particle board:http://ift.tt/2vJeX1u'm looking to lay it horizontally and attach steel hairpin legs on each corner. They'll be the standard hairpin leg shape with L brackets. I'm mindful that I might need to fix legs midway along the cabinet to support the weight as well.As it's particle board, I'm wondering what's the best way of fixing these, as I gather drilling pilot holes and applying screws can be ineffective because of the inner layers of the wood. The boards are 1.2cm thick.Would glue work as a simpler option? Thanks :) via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2fx9X9M
