I needed to drain the water from the tank so I opened the drain valve and then turned the engine on to blow any water out.It worked, but when I tried to turn it back on, it's just humming.I've read that it could be the starter capacitor but did I do anything wrong by turning the motor on with the drain plug open? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2fO8D2b
