Employer at a breakfast restaurant chain offered me a promotion, to a Shift Leader making $13.50 an hour, with increased benefits. She then tonight told me they need assistant managers also, and if I want to, ill get it if I put in the application. the second job I wasn't given a wage but online it says on average a 10k increase in salary from my shift lead position. With the first job I would not have to relocate but with the second job I may have to. I want to learn from the manager that offered me the promotion, as she is respected in the company. Should I take the higher pay and risk not learning from her and not staying at the store I love?
