Bought a Wolf R304 range in 2011 - just a basic four-burner 30" stove, and loved it ever since. However, for the longest time, when operating the burners, the piezoelectric igniters would pop rapidly, as if they didn't sense the flame that was already there. In any case, I didn't think too much about it, as the stove itself worked really well and was built like a tank.

But the other day, I decided to tweet to Sub-Zero Wolf about it, just to see if I was doing something wrong. I immediately got a response to contact their CS dept via email, which I did. Moments later, I got a phone call from Marsha at Wolf, who informed me that they were sending a repair guy out to look at it and fix it at no cost to me - even though I'm three years out of warranty. No questions asked. Just wanted to give them a shout out.
