I'm looking into ways to spend less money and just found out some credit unions allow children of military vets to join. That can help save a lot on banking and loan fees, etc. It made me wonder: what other deals / benefits could adult children (or close family members) of military veterans receive? My dad served in Vietnam, is still living, so I'm not referring to health or social security or veteran benefits - just ancillary benefits or clubs or deals one could receive.
