I am wanting to do some RV living and bank a bunch of money with Basic Allowance for Housing in the military. Is it more frugal to get a tow-behind RV with a ~20mpg truck to pull it (~$60-80k), or a Class A Motorhome that probably gets like 10mpg and costs ~$120k. The Class A will not drive much aside from going from campground to campground when necessary (every 1-6 months) and a move probably every 2 years or so with the military. The F-150 would be my daily driver.
