There's this local shop here in Fort Worth called W Durable Goods that makes the highest quality bags you can find, albeit for a price. I've talked to the owner quite a bit, and he really knows his stuff. My favorite bags are the ones he made using old army surplus canvas, like the Model A Briefcase.
