What are your thoughts on the Vanguard Small-Cap Value Index Fund? I'm looking for a fund that provides more risk and higher returns (potentially), as I'm relatively young and can handle that additional risk.
Should I look at any additional funds? If so, why do you recommend them over the Vanguard Small-Cap Value Index Fund?
My current portfolio includes a ROTH IRA invested entirely in the Vanguard Total Stock Market Index Fund. Plus my personal savings account etc
