There are 3 children, 7 and two 5s. I knew NOTHING of these cards until I ran a credit check on a free credit site. Apparently, There are 11 cards, that are in my name. Almost ALL are past due, and ALL are maxed out and then some... I have been forced to leave my house b/c she threatens to call the cops and say I'm threatening or abusing her.(when it's honestly the opposite) I had to have my phone at the ready to record a video, at all times, when she was home, so I could prove to the police that I never hurt OR threatened her. She has threatened to call the cops on me, saying I've kidnapped them, when I've had the kids with me at a friends BBQ(kid friendly-other kids to play with, etc.) When i'm supposed to watch the kids, when she works(nights as a nurse), she's moved the kids to stay with her parents house, instead. I'm at a loss... I need help. What I've done, so far, is closed one card, that wasn't maxed, or used... Great! I was thinking of calling each card and asking WHEN they were opened, by whom, what SSN, what name, who's authorized to use the cards. How can I use this to my advantage? There's GOT to be something I can do... She stopped paying all the bills around April, right before she filed. Help?
