Hello everyone. I will be staying in St. Petersburg, Russia from August until December this year. Russia is cold. Russia is rainy/snowy. Without the right footwear, I'm going to be miserable.
My program recommends bringing waterproof boots and waterproof "walking shoes." Buying these items doesn't seem too tricky, but I would like to find something that is: 1. functionally waterproof and warm and 2. fashionable and affordable. I am willing to spend the money on this footwear since I want to stay warm and ensure good quality. I guess my primary criteria are fashionable and waterproof...
Any suggestions for the type of footwear I need are greatly appreciated!
