Warning-long text

I know it's not a good idea to be too frugal with tires. So I'm really not going to be. I would like to know if there is a site or big chain store I should be looking at. I've been to two places today for quotes. NTB has a deal for Nitto Crosstek CUV, buy 2 get the other two free. I've never heard of this brand and of course the salesman says they're a very, very good tire, $530 out the door. These are rated for 50k. I also went to Costco and found two sets of Bridgestones. First set- Dueller H/C 422, 65k for $692 out the door. The second set they had was- X-CT H/S m+s trac, 70k(salesman says they are excellent wet and snow tires, I live in MN so these would be nice) for $839 out the door. I'm not sure if these are good deals as I am used to paying around $600 for a set of decent tires. The last set I bought from NTB was for just over $600 on my old truck and they were still in great shape when I got rid of it after having the tires for 4 years. My current vehicle uses slightly bigger tires and I know it'll be slightly more expensive. I'm just looking for a good deal on some good tires. I know some of you know how and where to get them. If it matters, I'm looking for size 245/65r17. Thank you frugal community for all advice and suggestions!
