I have battled ADD my entire adult life and have been a trainwreck. Just started meds last week, everything feels different and better, and I'm ready to turn my life around.

(~60,000 student loan debt, ~6,000 credit card debt, I make about 2400 a month while I finish PhD).

I know I need to buy tupperware so I can save leftovers / meal prep.

I'm going to buy a coffee machine so I stop spending ~$100 a month in coffee shops.

I took my bike out of storage so I'm less tempted to pay for parking / uber rides.

I don't want to get carried away and just do "symbolic" saving, buying things without making actual changes. But... are there other items that facilitate money saving, like the way that having tupperware makes you more able to actually meal prep?
