I'm only mentioning this here because I see a lot of people mentioning these bags as a good purchase. I went into a store to check them out, and I agree, fantastic quality and seems like a good value. So I ordered one online, picked my color, and happily awaited its arrival. While I was waiting for delivery, I read a thread about the fact that different colors come in different fabrics and level of durability. Unfortunately I picked a color that only comes in polyester. So I went back to the site and looked, and while a couple of the colors do mention the material, a lot of them don't. And they are all under the same product listing, with the same reviews. The only difference is the price - which isn't marked as being cheaper - just as being on sale from the same original price of 149$. I find this pretty disingenuous. Anyways, I called customer service to see if I can return and exchange it, which I can, but I have to pay shipping and they offer no return labels or anything like that. Frustrating. They also told me that they are aware they don't list the fabrics of some of the models, and if people care what material they get that they should call and ask about that specific color. So, just thought people might want to know.
