My boyfriend and I acquired 120ft and decent fencing from a friend for $50. Includes the panels and posts. We are putting up the fence along our neighbors yard that is fenced. I saw the DIY post a few weeks ago and took some tips from that about what to use to set the posts and things like that.Our neighbor is terribly bad at keeping up with their yard and in January a storm took down some of their fence and they probably won't be doing anything to repair it (I've included pictures). Is there any etiquette that goes along with putting our fence up along side theirs? Any tips as to where we should place the posts?
