I see from searching that this is discussed in a lot of posts in this sub but it's a lot to go through and thought maybe someone has some suggestions that fits specifically what I am looking for.

I have an issue with backpacks hurting my back when walking long distance. I am looking for something with good back support, comfortable straps but at the same time not too bulky and fits a small frame. For example bags like janesport or herschel do not have enough support and the straps are not comfortable. I plan to use it to carry books, food, maybe gym clothes, etc. I don't have a budget and doesn't have to be "used for life" but hopefully for a long time.

I really like the northface recon and tried it but it's way too bulky and stiff for my frame but I really like how the bag and straps have structure. I also really like the lululemon backpack for how feminine it looks and not bulky, but the straps are not that comfortable. So a mix between these 2 bags would be ideal, any suggestions please? Was looking at timbuk2 but not sure how comfortable they are. Thanks for any suggestions.
