Hello, first time poster.
I am in need of a lawnmower, and found a seller willing to part with his hrx217tda honda lawn mower for 250. Online, the parts look in decent shape.
However, doing a search through honda and the serial showed that this was bought at 2007, bringing this mower to 10 years.
Now reading this post, past postings in BIFL here, and others, it seems honda engines should last long, but only if maintained properly.
All this being said.. do you think this is a good deal? Some research shows that the price seems to be too steep for a device that is 10 years old.
Can anybody recommend some procedures and things to look out for? I have a best offer in mind- but what would be your best price? thanks.
