I just bought a pair of sunglasses from smith optics after reading just a couple posts about them, but was wondering what people on /r/buyitforlife think about their sunglasses as well as their customer service. I have owned raybans, a pair of Maui Jim and Costas within the last 10 years. I’ve used the warranty for both Maui Jim and Costas and was quite satisfied with the warranty process.
I’ve only used them each once, but i liked that they weren’t made by Luxottica and carried great customer service.
