Rented a car using USAA multiple times after seeing they waive the underage fee just for signing up for an account. Always used Avis and went to go book with Enterprise and got this line on a splash page "Waiver of underage driver fee is limited to USAA insurance eligible members only."
Is that the same thing as I already have when I just signed up for an account? I don't have any military, family, etc entered into the site. I literally just made an account for the underage waiver.
