And last week I bought a property, and have the blueprints from the architect and the builder ready to go. I'm 25 now, and in 6 to 8 months I will be paying a mortgage instead of rent. No more shit neighbors, no shit parking or stupid rules. And the best part? My mortgage will only cost slightly more than my rent, so instead of 675 sqft apartment, I will have 1360 sqft sitting on 13000 sqft of my own land. And that, is something I'm truly proud of.
