I came across this earlier today, and it was a thoroughly captivating read - covering some basics of value investing, Schloss' investment philosophy and sprinkled with some funny quips. Here's a guy who worked with Graham, Buffet and had earned stellar returns over the past ~30 years running his own investment firm - but he was isolated away from the Wall Street media. When Buffet published the great Superinvestors of Graham-and-Doddsville, Walter Schloss came to mainstream prominence and this was his first ever interview with a national publication.
