I shut off my main water to replace my outside water access valve. Afterwards I turned the water back on and was good to go. Then i have my son a bath and the PVC fittings leaked into the basement. They've never leaked!Is it possible to do damage to the water system after shutting the mains off? Or is this a fluke due to pressure changes. I'm very confused via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2tZxIvX
