I was in an accident the week before this current one. Other driver admitted fault, running a red light and hitting my car. I've submitted all my information to the other drivers insurance, and their claims person is supposed to have called me by now, as I have left her numerous voicemails. From who I've talked to I'm doing things the right way, but is there anything I can do to speed up this process?? I just want my car fixed.
