She got in an accident after other person ran a stop sign, she went to the emergency room the next day because she was in pain. We live in Texas. Not sure if this is the right subreddit but I'm looking for help.
Also! They offered a $300 pain and suffering check and she said no she'd rather them pay the bill, then they offered to increase it to $400.
