So I've been lurking on this sub for many months now, taking advice here and there. When I started I had about $3000 in credit card debt (which isn't a lot, but it's a lot to a student with very little income)
For the last 3 years, my credit card balance has ALWAYS been higher than the amount in my savings on any given day.
But…
When I went to go pay my bills, my fingers had gotten so used to choosing the account with the lowest amount (my savings) that I had to double check because I HAVE MORE IN MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT THAN I DO ON MY CREDIT CARD since I clicked my credit card to pay my bill by accident.
It's such a phenomenal feeling being in control of my finances again, and I only have this sub to thank for it.
Thank you each and every one of you!
