Mine arrived too small. I got a UK8 which the size chart stated is a US9, and their customer service verified. The box is tagged as an 8.5. They are ok length wise but way too narrow.
Anyone else have this issue? I reached out to Matches but no response yet. Unsure what to do exactly since it ships from the U.K.?
