I started building a new shed yesterday while the weather was good and due to various circumstances was not able to finish. I have put down the rooftop (which have a double dose of weather protection) but I now need to lay the felt. It is currently pouring down with rain and need to get the felt on ASAP. Can I lay the felt on wet boards or do I need to let them completely dry? As you might have guessed this is new to me and would appreciate the advice. Thanks. via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2utP5Gv
