I am taking the Series 7 test mid next week, and was just wondering if anyone has any tips? I don't know if this would be the correct sub reddit for sure, but figured this would be the best place to ask. I am using the STC study materials and was getting in the mid 60's on the open book tests, but on the closed books I've gotten between a 77 and 83 on the five closed book tests that I have taken.
I understand options pretty well and get about 95% of those right, the part I struggle most with is yields and municipal bonds. I'm gonna go over then again before the test, but I was just wondering if anyone had any tips? Also, for people who have used STC, how well do the scores on these closed book exams translate? Any info would be awesome thanks!
