I was thinking about getting a downspout diverted and use it to fill up a 55 gallon barrel. My plan is to fill one barrel with leaves, clippings, etc, and drain off the compost tea for my vegetable garden.I hope to use a second barrel to water the garden.Is doing so cost effective?
