I'm In a tough situation right now please I could use all the help in the world thanks. I got a letter from credit services (I owe my past phone company over $2000) saying that if I don't pay them within 72 hours they will take me to court. The thing is I don't have the money right now

I just got fired from my job a few months ago and now I got a new job and I'm getting paid on July 14. Even then I'd only get paid $1000 something and I do still need some money from that for the basic needs. Idk what to do they're prob gonna take the whole thing. Please help!! :( what should I do
