I work a job that allows you 30-50% of your working hours to downtime (which I see as "personal development"), however, I work 60 hours a week and make 100K, am I working too much?

The job is at night, it sucks. But the job is also incredibly easy. Of my 60 hours a week, I work 42 maximum. And thats actual work, often times less. I see the other 18 hours and I slot those as "personal development" where I study for school, browse reddit or take certificaiton classes.

Is it silly and stupid of me to think I'm working too much? I just really am bothered the fact that I have to be stuck in a building 12 hours a day for 5 days a week, at night.
